IReading does not require a profile
There is no registration process, advertising network, audience measurement or third-party script on Earning Seekers. A visitor does not have to supply personal details to open the reviews. We keep information handling limited to what is needed for the site to operate and for correspondence a reader independently decides to send, rather than building an account or behavioural history.
IIResponsibility for the information
Earning Seekers is the publisher of earningseekers.com and the controller of personal information handled for the purposes described here. Write to hello@earningseekers.com for a question or a data request. Explain what you need and which exchange it concerns, so we can locate the relevant record without asking for details that are unnecessary to the enquiry.
IIIIf an email reaches our inbox
A message contains the information you choose to include, along with the details needed to reply. It is used for dealing with that correspondence under our legitimate interest in answering readers. Once the conversation has concluded, the information is deleted unless retaining a record is necessary to explain a correction made to the guide’s published content.
IVRecords used to run the website
A hosting provider may keep temporary technical logs when serving or protecting pages. Information such as the requested URL, browser type and IP address can appear in those records. They support operation and security, are cleared over a rolling period and are not used to assemble advertising profiles. Their purpose is distinct from tracking an individual’s interests across visits.
VWhat is temporary in your browser
The selection controls, session plan, participant names, timer and reflection checklist hold their working information in the open page. Earning Seekers does not receive those entries or retain them for a later visit. No tracking or advertising cookies are set. One local preference remembers dismissal of the small storage notice; the separate cookie explanation describes that setting in more detail.
VIInformation is not a commercial product
We do not sell personal details, rent them out or swap them for another organisation’s data. There is no advertising audience assembled from reader correspondence or tool choices. Information is disclosed only where the law requires disclosure, rather than being passed around as a routine part of funding or operating the guide.
VIIFollowing a link changes the provider
An official-game button takes you to a developer, publisher or platform website. That provider decides how its own website handles visitor information, and its notice applies to your activity there. This page explains earningseekers.com, not a partner’s or an external company’s services. Check the destination’s privacy information before supplying details or using features on it.
VIIIYou can ask about your information
Rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 include access to personal information, correction, deletion and objections to relevant uses. Send an applicable request to our contact email; we respond within one month. You may also bring a concern to the Information Commissioner’s Office. These rights concern information actually held, rather than a visitor account, which this website does not provide.
IXA general audience, including families
The guide is written for a broad readership and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child sends details in an email, a parent or carer can ask for them to be deleted. Describe the message sufficiently for us to find it, while avoiding extra sensitive information that is not needed to carry out the request.
